There are so many reasons to include your firstborn in a newborn session.

But this, right here, is my favourite.

Watching them meet their new baby brother or sister.
Curiously looking at their tiny hands and feet.
Trying to stick bows on them or ge

Nothing prepares you for this part…

The in-between.

Not babies anymore, but not big kiddies either.

They still run to you and reach for your hand.
They still call out “Mum” when they need you.

But they have their own opinions n

What if I told you this was take 2 of this maternity session?

The first one didn’t quite go to plan, so we rescheduled… and somehow ended up with the most beautiful afternoon. 💛

These two are the kind of people who make my job easy. D

The photos you’ll actually want in twenty years aren’t the ones you think.

They’re not the perfect ones.
The ones where everyone is smiling, looking at the camera, radiating happiness.

The one thing so many of my clients tell me afterwards:
